Bone Thugs-N-Harmony announces an unexpected name change after over 25 years in the music industry.
In partnership with chain-restaurant Buffalo Wild Wings, the Cleveland rap group will now answer to Boneless Thugs-N-Harmony or simply Boneless Thugs. The process of changing the group’s name was documented and shared via YouTube in a comedic, behind-the-scenes video. The Boneless Thugs are all-in except one holdout who refuses to change their name.
“I ain’t changing shit,” Layzie Bone insists. He continues “Bone Thugs-N-Harmony changes their name to Boneless…that’s preposterous.”
Now recognized as Krayzie Boneless, Flesh-N-Boneless, and Wish Boneless all agreed to the upgrade. While the name change may be abrupt, Boneless Thugs-N-Harmony is ready to hit the ground running. Boneless Thugs-N-Harmony is equipped with limited-edition merchandise sporting their new name and logo on various t-shirts, hats, and a boneless wing pendant on a gold chain.
