We hear all the time about how Hip-Hop is a young man’s game. Jay-Z was nearly 50 years young when he hopped on “What’s Free?” with Rick Ross and Meek Mill. 2 Chainz and Rick Ross were more than 40 years young when they captivated social media last during their Verzuz battle. In the same line of thought, Boldy James is just 38 years young as he enters into a new phase of his career with Griselda Records.
Teaming up with Griselda Records not long ago, he wasted no time getting to work. Stepping up to the plate, he dropped The Price of Tea with Alchemist back in February and it has remained one of the most solid projects this year. Now, he’s keeping his momentum going with another new project.
Boldy James has released his first project under the Griselda Records umbrella. This Friday, he’s shared The Versace Tape. Entirely produced by Jay Versace, the project has ten new records with features from Westside Gunn, El Camino, Keisha Plum and Tion Deniece. It is also executive produced by Westside Gunn.
It’s a new era for Boldy James. Check out his newest body of work.
