2019 is shaping up to be a huge year for breakout California artist, Blueface. The rising west coast artist has broken on to the scene with a string of hits including “Bleed It”, “Studio” and “Respect My”. In addition, he picked up a major co-sign from the biggest artist in the game right now, Drake. To kick things off in 2019, the California native linked up with another California artist to remix one of his most popular records from 2018.
Blueface has linked up with YG for the remix to his hit record, “Thotiana”. In a recent video, YG and Blueface were spotted on set shooting a music video for a song that appears to be the official remix to “Thotiana”. Nothing has been officially released as of yet, but this appears to be a done deal already. If true, this would mark the first major collaboration for the rising California artist. Who knows what else is in store for the rest of 2019? If we’re lucky, we may even get a Blueface and Drake collaboration. Only time will tell. In the meantime, check out this short clip of what appears to be the upcoming music video for the “Thotiana” remix.
