
Ever since the Miami Heat lost the King to his hometown Cleveland Cavaliers, Chris Bosh has stepped up as the new number one target for all the Heat scoring and he hasn’t relinquished that role one bit. Bosh and Dwyane Wade led the Heat to a victory on the road over the Phoenix Suns, 103-97.
All 5 Miami Heat starters scored in double figures for the team. Bosh led the way for Miami with 34 points and 9 rebounds. Luol Deng dropped 23 points with 4 rebounds and Dwyane Wade had 6 rebounds with 5 assists. Norris Cole scored 10 points with 4 assists and Josh McRoberts also scored 10 points with 7 assists for the Heat.
Phoenix Suns star Eric Bledsoe struggled to get anything going, shot 2-11 from the field but had 8 assists. Goran Dragic scored 16 points with 4 assists and 4 rebounds. Markieff Morris scored 17 points but his twin brother, Marcus Morris, led all Suns scorers with 25 points with 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Gerald Green also joined Morris off the bench to score 19 points for the Suns.
Phoenix Suns are still without their big free agent singing, Isaiah Thomas, with an ankle bruise. Thomas has missed the last 8 games and the Suns are 3-5 over that span.
Miami Heat are 10-11. Phoenix Suns are 12-11.
