Inauguration Day will feature some of the world’s most successful entertainers. The Foo Fighters and Bruce Springsteen will perform for President-Elect Joe Biden and Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris from remote locations. Adding to the festivities, John Legend and Jennifer Lopez will also perform. Kerry Washington and Eva Longoria will also introduce segments of the ceremony.
Contributions don’t end with Legend, Washington and Lopez. Firefighter Andrea Hall will lead the ceremony’s Pledge of Allegiance. National Youth Poet Laureate Amanda Gorman will also perform during the ceremony. Gorman will follow in the footsteps of Robert Frost and Maya Angelou as the youngest poet to ever perform on Inauguration Day.

The 90-minute program will be highlighted by speeches from both President-Elect Joe Biden and Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris. The two will enter office with the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, a struggling economy, rampant police brutality and a looming impeachment trial.
The festivities will kick off on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 in Washington, D.C.
