Bia drops an attitude fueled new single “Free BIA (1st Day Out),” with an accompanying music video.
“Free BIA (1st Day Out),” stands as the rapper’s first release under Epic records. The Boston-bred artist indicates a new chapter with the track as she prepares to release a brand new EP. On “Free BIA (1st Day Out)” Bia wastes no time in reintroducing herself. The Lil Rich produced beat drops and Bia gets right to rapping. She takes an aggressive approach, sending a warning to anyone who tries to be both her friend and a hater.
With no hook, Bia takes a similar approach to many ‘first day out’ rap tracks, typically dropped by lyricists when they come from behind bars. For Bia, her first day out is technically, a first day on. Entering a new saga with Epic, Bia is free from anything that was previously holding her back.
The video begins with the quote “a silenced mind is as dangerous as a loaded gun.” Bia appears, masked up, in an asylum. As the video progresses, the mask drops and the music begins. She and her crew speed through a tunnel as the song plays in the background. Once they reach their destination, shots ring out and the video leaves us with “to be continued.”
Bia recently joined Doja Cat on the “Perfect” remix with Cousin Stizz.
