Nearly one year ago today, Alicia Keys dropped ALICIA, Brent Faiyaz dropped “Dead Man Walking” and TikTok was seemingly on its way out of the United States. In the midst of all that was going on, Baby Keem made his grand return. Following the success of Die For My B*tch, the rising star delivered “Hooligan” and “sons & critics.” Little did we know, it was the start of a long build to this moment.
Over the last year, Baby Keem has steadily built his name up. Not only did he land a major guest verse from Kendrick Lamar on “Family Ties,” but he also tapped in with Travis Scott to deliver “durag activity.” Not to mention, he appeared on Kanye West’s Donda. Now, he feels it’s the right time to deliver his next project, The Melodic Blue.
Earlier this week, Baby Keem dropped the trailer for his upcoming project. Not long thereafter, he announced that the album would arrive on September 10. Now, he’s back with the tracklist. Check it out below before the arrives on Friday.
