
The biggest night in Hollywood is only a few weeks away and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences is already building anticipation. This month, the Academy unveiled the initial collection of stars who will present the hardware at this year’s ceremony. Leading the way, winners from last year’s ceremony, including Cillian Murphy, Emma Stone, Robert Downey Jr. and Da’Vine Joy Randolph, will present awards. Also, legends like Whoopi Goldberg, Halle Berry, Penélope Cruz, Elle Fanning, Scarlett Johansson, John Lithgow, Amy Poehler, June Squibb and Bowen Yang will also present awards.
Conan O’Brien will host the Academy Awards for the first time on Sunday, March 2, 2025 from 4 p.m. through 7 p.m. EST. Emilia Pérez leads the way with 13 nominations, followed by The Brutalist and Wicked, which tied with 10 nominations each. Also, A Complete Unknown and Conclave picked up eight nominations each.

The most spectacular films and filmmakers of the last year will be honored at the 97th Academy Awards next month in Hollywood. More presenters and performers will be revealed as the ceremony nears.
