
On Thursday, February 13, 2025, the Recording Academy unveiled the latest slate of inductees for the GRAMMY Hall Of Fame®. This year’s class includes eight albums and five singles with “qualitative or historical significance and are at least 25 years old.” Fela Kuti & Afrika 70’s Zombie, Emmylou Harris’s Wrecking Ball, Cat Stevens’s Tea for the Tillerman, Santana’s Supernatural, #1 Record by Big Star, J.D. Crowe & The New South’s self-titled LP, Jay-Z’s Reasonable Doubt and Never Too Much by Luther Vandross lead this year’s collection of album. Meanwhile, “Last Kind Words Blue” by Geeshie Wiley, “How I Got Over” by Clara Ward, “Knock on Wood” by Eddie Floyd, “Conga” by Gloria Estefan & Miami Sound Machine and “Color Him Father” by Linda Martell round out the set of singles set to be inducted into the hall of fame.

Jay-Z, Gloria Estefan and all other honorees will be celebrated at the GRAMMY Museum® and Recording Academy’s GRAMMY Hall Of Fame Gala on May 16, 2025, at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California. Republic Records will also be recognized as this year’s label honoree.
