It’s that time of the year again. As we reflect on some of the year’s best music with year-end lists and things of that sort, it’s the annual Grammy nominations that many look forward to. Holding on to tradition, the nominations for the upcoming GRAMMYs arrive months ahead of the award show.
Leading the way for the 2020 GRAMMYs, Lizzo has earned 8 nominations. Just behind the singer, Billie Eilish and Lil Nas X earn 6 nominations a piece. Coming in just behind them, Ariana Grande earns 5 nominations for next year’s showing. Also nominated, familiar faces like Beyonce, J. Cole, H.E.R. and others have landed multiple nominations.
Taking place on January 26, 2020 in Los Angeles at the Staples Center, the 2020 GRAMMYs will surely be an event, just like past years. Check out the list of nominees, below.
