Health permitting, this season looks to be the most exciting one in recent Sixers history. The team has an awesome blend of young talent (Ben Simmons, Joel Embiid, Markelle Fultz, Dario Saric) and veteran savvy (JJ Redick, Amir Johnson, Jerryd Bayless).

Top game to watch out for:
Friday, October 20, vs. Celtics: The Celtics opted to trade down in this year’s draft and take Jayson Tatum over Markelle Fultz. If Fultz is healthy by that first Sixers-Celts matchup, he’ll probably be motivated to show Boston why they made a mistake passing on him. Plus, this could potentially be a playoff matchup. Also, Amir Johnson will be facing his former team, which isn’t a huge factor, but still makes the game a bit more interesting. This game is at 7 p.m. ET, and will not be nationally televised.
