Young Thug, real name Jeffrey Lamar Williams, was arrested today (July 15) for an outstanding warrant based on terroristic charges — in which he threatened a mall security guard, saying he’ll “shoot him in the face” — derived from an incident in Dunwoody. The rapper was picked up around 6 a.m. at his Sandy Springs, Ga. home.
U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force spokesman Jim Joyner said, “Williams was wanted on an outstanding warrant charging him with terroristic threats stemming from an incident that occurred with the jurisdiction of the Dunwoody police.”
UPDATE: After dealing with a charges — felony cocaine, marijuana, and 3 counts of gun possession, yes, all felonies — handed out after a home raid, Young Thug is now released on bail.
Young Thug is Free This Morning on $10,000 Bail after being arrested for Terroristic Threats and ATF raiding his house as well.
