With the new generation and landscape of music being flooded with a number of new artists, it’s hard to keep up with everyone and everything. Specifically, it’s hard to keep up with everyone and everything coming out of the state of Florida these days. With the emergence of artists like Ski Mask The Slump God, XXXTentacion, Denzel Curry and more, it’s become extremely difficult to keep track of all the new music that’s coming out of the sunshine state. With that being said, there is one artist you should definitely be paying attention to going forward. West Palm Beach’s Wifisfuneral has been steadily building his own fan base and catalog of music and today, he dropped his newest project, Ethernet Vol. 1.
The Interscope artist’s newest body of work is an exploration of everything that exists within rap today–stuntin’, drug use, mental health and more. The twelve track project features a plethora of new artists including Key, Uno The Activist, YBN Nahmir, Jay Critch and Lil’ Skies. Standout tracks include the previously released “Knots” featuring Jay Critch, “IMVU” and the Lil’ Skies assisted “LilSkiesFuneral”.
Feel free to check out the entire project above and watch the newest video off of the new project, “Knots”. What do you think of South Florida’s own Wifisfuneral?
