Today we celebrate the life of Tupac Shakur who passed away 20 years ago. In perfect timing the 2nd official teaser trailer was released for ‘All Eyez On Me’.
As we know ‘All Eyez On Me’ is the long awaited biopic directed by Benny Boom. Starring Demetrius Shipp Jr. as Tupac Shakur, the new teaser trailer brings to light more of the individuals who played a significant role in the short but impactful life of Tupac.
Throughout the teaser trailer we get a glimpse at characters like Afeni Shakur, Jada Pinkett, Suge Knight, Biggie Smalls, Kidada Jones, Leila Steinberg, Faith Evans and Dr. Dre. Those playing the roles in the same order listed; Danai Gurira, Kat Graham, Dominic L. Santana, Jamal Woolard, Annie Ilonzeh, Lauren Cohan, Grace Gibson, Harold House Moose.
Finally getting the story of Pac’s life in the same fashion like “Notorious” will definitely be great to see. Diving into such situations like him being shot 5 times, his alleged rape case, time served in prison, his mother and her Black Panther involvement, his friendship and fallout with BIG and much more. To think Pac life was cut short he definitely left a lasting impression on the world of Hip-Hop.
