Sure, the last week in the NBA ended with a less than optimal matchup between the Golden State Warriors and San Antonio Spurs which featured nine players on both sides missing the contest. Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, Klay Thompson and Andre Iguodala missed the game due to flat out rest, but Kawhi Leonard, Kevin Durant, Tony Parker and LaMarcus Aldridge are currently dealing with injuries. But we still had a pretty solid week of NBA action.
For the second season in a row, the Warriors lost to the Boston Celtics at home with a little drama sprinkled on it. But they ended their week with losses to the Minnesota Timberwolves and Spurs. Russell Westbrook and the Thunder picked up a huge home win over the Spurs, and Russy also dropped a career-high 58 points all in one week. But probably the biggest highlight of the week came when Dirk Nowitzki scored his 30,000 career point.
