New video evidence surfaces against R. Kelly allegedly showing the singer partaking in sexual acts with a minor. This becomes the third video recently turned in light of recent news.
TMZ reports the video evidence submitted incriminating R. Kelly fell into police custody turned by Gary Dennis. Dennis, represented legally by Gloria Allred claims to have found the alleged sex tape going through his own collection of old VHS films.
The TMZ news reports claim Dennis found the tape labeled with R. Kelly’s name, assuming the film held concert footage. Popping the film in the VCR and watching past the sports footage also on the tape, Dennis became exposed to the alleged lewd acts.
Dennis claims the video shows a man with R. Kelly’s likeness engaging in sexual acts with more than one girl, all appearing to be underage.
This video footage has since been handed over to law enforcement of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. Prior to the discovery by Dennis, attorney Michael Avenetti submitted two videos to the Chicago Police Department.
R. Kelly currently remains outside of jail as his child support balance was posted on his behalf.
