The ‘Veronica Mars’ movie may get a sequel.
Rob Thomas, creator of the original TV show, told Radio Times that he wants a follow up to the film.
“If the movie does well, I think as long as Kristen wants to do it, I’ll keep wanting to make them,” said Thomas. “Hopefully there will be more.”
The budget for the film was funded by the fans from a successful Kickstarter campaign. The film reached its $5 million goal within 10 hours.
‘Veronica Mars’ is now playing in AMC Theaters around the country and is also available for download on VOD and iTunes.
