Ty Dolla $ign could continue to be a free man if all goes well in the next few months. To refresh your memory, the singer was caught with marijuana and cocaine last year after a stop by the cops. Taking place in the state of Georgie, the singer may be able to sing a happy tune thanks to a deal struck up by his lawyer.
As reported, Ty’s fate is in his own hands with the singer having to take part in Georgia’s Second Chance program, which includes enrollment in an online drug treatment program. Typically lasting just over three months, the successful completion, along with Ty Dolla $ign remaining drug-free, will result in the singer’s felonies and misdemeanor being dropped.
Coming off a highly successful year, it’s safe to say that incarceration wasn’t in Ty’s 2019 course of plans. Surely supporters are sending well wishes for the singer to comply and complete the program in the months ahead.
