If you were ever wishing that The Weeknd and Nas would come together for a live musical pairing, today is your lucky day. Just last night, the 2016 Met Gala occurred and it brought together many notable faces in the music industry and Hollywood. Seeing the likes of Beyonce, Kanye West, Taylor Swift and many others storm the red carpet, the festivities inside brought forth even more treats for those in attendance. Among those treats were performances by The Weeknd as he delivered some of his hits from his 2015 album, Beauty Behind The Madness. Included in that set was his Kanye West-produced track, ‘Tell Your Friends.’ If that wasn’t already exciting enough, the performance took a surprising twist as Nas joined the singer to perform their ‘Tell Your Friends,’ remix for the crowd. Aside from performance duties at events such as the Met Gala, The Weeknd will be headed back on the road as he ventures overseas for a slew of music festivals and concerts. Ruling the charts last year with a few hits, and most recently contributing to albums from Rihanna, Kanye West, and Beyonce, The Weeknd is living good at the moment.
