Former star of The Proud Family, Tommy Davidson revealed some major news about content coming to Disney’s new streaming service, Disney+.
Best known for his role as Oscar Proud, Davidson opened up about the possibility of The Proud Family being revived for Disney+. Davidson said, “I forgot to tell you that, The Proud Family is coming back. Proud Family’s coming back.”
Later, he added, “It’s on one of Disney’s streaming [services]. Yeah, Proud Family’s coming back. They told me not to tell you. New episodes.”

Unfortunately, representatives from Disney have yet to confirm Davidson’s statements.
If The Proud Family were to return, it would join a long list of highly anticipated series coming to Disney’s streaming service. Marvel is reportedly working on original series centered around Loki and Hawkeye. In addition, there are rumors of Mighty Ducks, The Sandlot and Star Wars original series.
As previously reported, Disney is planning to roll out its long-awaited streaming service later this year. Disney+ will be one part of a three-part bundle that will include ESPN+ and Hulu. Not to mention, it will come at the affordable price of $12.99.
