The 7 Springs & Suites is a cute little hotel situated within walking distance to downtown Palm Springs where you can enjoy some shopping, drinks and dinner. All their rooms have a small fridge and microwave along with wine glasses and a coffee machine. Their beds are really comfortable which I wasn’t expecting at all. I absolutely loved that their rooms were spacious and had double glass doors. The hotel has two pools, but during my visit one of them was under renovation.
The staff here is absolutely amazing! A hotel can be as luxurious as it wants but if the staff isn’t up to par it completely takes over the experience. From the moment we walked in the staff was extremely accommodating. We arrived two hours before check-in and they offered to give me a call when our room was available and also gave me parking passes so that we can roam about town without having to worry about our cars. During our two day stay here they were never short of attentive and we didn’t have any issues.
The pool is small but clean. This hotel is not meant for those looking for a pool party destination but more for those looking to take in some sun and relax. If you are like me and want both, you can take a cab to the Hard Rock Hotel’s pool for a day and for the rest of your trip relax at the 7 Springs Inn & Suites. The bars in downtown Palm Springs are really close by, a 5-7 minute cab ride away. We had a great experience and I will definitely be returning to 7 Springs Inn & Suites on my next visit!
