New York rapper, Daniel “Tekashi 6ix9ine” Hernandez, has admitted to a number of crimes in a new plea deal. According to Complex, the plea deal includes a list of crimes Hernandez admits to have played a role in, including domestic violence crimes ranging from 2011 to 2018. As a result, prosecutors will not be able to refer to his history of domestic violence in court moving forward.
This new plea deal adds further credence to his former girlfriend, Sara Molina’s, accusations that Hernandez had abused her for years prior to his music career. According to testimony obtained by The Daily Beast, Molina alleges that Hernandez was physically violent with her and sexually assaulted her.
Molina stated, “My face was so swollen.” She added, “It was so bad. I could barely open my eyes.”
Most recently, Hernandez’s manager, Kifano “Shotti” Jordan, began serving a fifteen year sentence. In addition, Jordan and Hernandez’s associate, Faheem “Crippy” Walter, began serving a five year sentence.
Hernandez’s trial will begin on September 16th. He will likely testify in court on September 17th in New York.
