Cancer is something that has affected our families at some point in time. It’s something that has affected mine on a few occasions. Stuart Scott last night gave a speech to remind us that no matter what, you must put up a fight. You only lose when you quit. Scott has been one of the most popular sports anchors in all of sports over the past 15 years. He’s responsible for bringing the “hip” to Sportscenter with his metaphoric commentary that you might find in your favorite rappers verse. Nonetheless Stuart Scott’s speech touch home for many of us, but it also gave us something to be motivated by as he continues to put up a fight. NEVER GIVE UP.
