The resurgence of Soulja Boy to the forefront of the public eye has been short-lived without some serious drama. Making sure over the past few weeks that he receives his rightful credit for what he contributed to the music industry, it’s time to get a bit serious as the rapper has been accused of kidnapping over the weekend.
A woman by the name of Kayla, who Soulja may have been dating, has reported that the rapper kidnapped her and held her hostage for 6 hours while being tied to a chair with an extension cord. Taking place after an argument with the rapper and then his assistant, things turned physical, which resulted in apparent rib fractures and a concussion.
While TMZ confirms that a police report was indeed filed, there is no official word on the identity of the victim or suspect. With the “Crank That” rapper’s manager denying the claims, Soulja Boy doesn’t seem to be too phased by the allegations.
