Uncle Snoop looks to get back on the scene with Make America Crip Again.
An obvious play on 45’s presidential campaign slogan ‘Make America Great Again,’ it seems as if Snoop is taking it back to his roots. The upcoming project is set (no pun intended) to release on Oct. 27, according to the icon’s Instagram post.
This is interesting because if you remember a few years ago, Snoop was temporarily banned from his old block. Eventually, he came to an agreement with the gang which benefited LBC.
The Long Beach, California native released his 15th studio album, Neva Left, earlier this year. The album sounded like an adult, gangsta Snoop and not Snoop Lion or R&G Snoop. Very solid release.
The Doggfather has been making moves outside of music recently with joining the Champions Basketball League and a reboot to the television show ‘The Joker’s Wild.’
Last week, Snoop gave an ultimate salute to Eminem for Em’s freestyle attacking Trump. I’m not sure why people bashed Slim Shady for his freestyle, but I’m going to have to agree with Snoop and the others who praised it.
I’m looking forward to this release. Especially if Uncle Snoop gives us more of that Neva Left sound. Check back here for the album stream when the project is released.
