Earlier this year, after years of rumors, Bad Boys 3 was finally confirmed to be in development. Fans of the original two films were ecstatic to hear that both Will Smith and Martin Lawrence are set to return. Then, earlier this week, Romeo Miller hinted that he may be joining the sequel also.
Romeo announced earlier this week that he received a callback for an unknown role in the movie in a now-deleted Instagram post. The Shade Room was able to grab a screenshot of the post before the actor/rapper deleted it. “Get call back opportunity yo work alongside your idols Martin Lawrence and Will Smith, you go study and go ghost,” Romeo stated in the post.

No official word on Romeo’s casting has been released but judging from his celebrity profile it seems likely that he’ll get the role. Details on the film as a whole have been sparse beyond the stars attached, the directors, Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, and the producer Jerry Bruckheimer.
Romeo guest starred in the third season of Empire and will appear next in I Got the Hook Up 2
Bad Boys 3 will hit theaters January 17th, 2020.
