Mike Wallace has found a new home. After being released by the Minnesota Vikings earlier this offseason it appears Wallace will head to Baltimore. ESPN’s Adam Schefter has the following.
Ravens are giving former Vikings WR Mike Wallace a 2-year, $11.5 million deal, per source.

The Ravens have been much more active in free agency than usual adding Ben Watson and Eric Weddle this offseason. The team did however lose guard Kelechi Osemele but there appears to already be an in house option in John Urschel. Wallace appears to be a low risk move by Baltimore. His speed gives quarterback Joe Flacco a deep threat that has been desperately needed since Torrey Smith left for San Francisco.
The Ravens receiving core has a number of question marks heading into this season. Steve Smith is coming off an Achilles injury, while 2015 first round pick Breshad Perriman didn’t play a snap during his rookie campaign. Kamar Aiken is really the only reliable option heading into 2016.
Wallace, 29, recorded career-lows by catching just 39 passes for 473 yards and two touchdowns. It remains to be seen whether Wallace can recapture his magic from his earlier stages in his career with the Steelers. In 2011 with Pittsburgh he notched his lone pro bowl posting 1,193 yards and eight touchdowns.
