Taking to the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards, Sean “Puff Daddy” Combs formally announced a new flavor Ciroc, Mango. Accompanying the announcement of the new flavor he issued a statement which introduced his new campaign “Let’s Get It”.
Well “Let’s Get It” has been turned into a short-film. Very short, clocking in at just under 2 minutes in length. The new short-film which kicks off the new Ciroc campaign was premiered by Billboard. Directed by Zachary Heinzerling (Emmy Award Winner) with features from DJ Khaled and French Montana , Puff uses his upbringing as the center of which he focuses on to motivate his peers and everyone looking to be successful. Going from a paper boy to legendary music mogul, Puff illustrates that everyone eventually will find their calling, just have to be patient.
Throughout the video you learn about the certain sacrifices he made at a young age of 12, from watching his mom work 4 jobs which instilled a certain work ethic in him to not being able to enjoy those past times of just hanging out and chilling on “the block”. It goes to show that if you want it as bad as you say you do your determination and sacrifices will reflect on that.
According to Billboard
“Let’s Get It to air in :15 and :30-second versions across television networks like CNN, Bravo, REVOLT, TV1, CNBC, USA, BET, VH1 and others.”
