This Friday, the music industry has a little something for everybody. There’s a new Kyle Dion single, Aminé album, Lil Keed project, Rico Nasty release and Conway The Machine single. Not to mention, Rick Ross and 2 Chainz announced that they both would be releasing singles tonight during their Verzuz battle. Adding on to the long list of highly anticipated releases, Popcaan has offered something a bit different than everyone else.
Popcaan has dropped Fixtape. The 19 track project features a number of big names including PartyNextDoor, French Montana, Stylo G and Tommy Lee. Most notably, he linked up with Drake for not one, but two records. The two have mutual OVO Sound ties, so it’s not entirely surprising, but it’s definitely worth the wait.
Fixtape will definitely some much needed positive summer vibes during what has been a tough year. Check out the entire Fixtape project above and who knows? Maybe, a new Drake project is nearby. Everyone else on OVO Sounds seems to be dropping this year.
