Paul Walker’s brothers will be recording dialog for Fast & Furious 7.
It was recently reported that Caleb and Cody Walker would be filming stand-in-scenes to complete the film, following the actor’s death in November.
Producers are said to be planning to merge archive audio of Walker’s voice with his brothers’ voices to complete important pieces of dialog, according to TMZ.
Posting to Facebook, Universal explained how they plan to finish the film after restarting production in March.
The studio said that Walker “had already shot his dramatic scenes and most of his action” and that his brothers Caleb and Cody will now fill in as possible body doubles.
Caleb and Cody are helping us complete some remaining action for their brother and fill in small gaps left in production. Having them on set has made us all feel that Paul is with us, too.
Screenwriter Chris Morgan previously altered the script, while producers have said that Brian will be retired rather than killed off.
Fast & Furious 7 is scheduled for release on April 10, 2015.
