The top-seeded Milwaukee Bucks are getting hit with the injury bug at the wrong time. Malcolm Brogdon goes down with an injury that may impact his availability for the playoffs. Nikola Mirotic also hit the shelf with a thumb injury. Now Pau Gasol can be added to that list.
According to ESPN’s Malika Andrews, the recently-acquired Pau Gasol will be out for at least a month with an ankle injury.
Bucks center Pau Gasol is expected to miss approximately one month with a left ankle injury, league sources tell ESPN. He joins Nikola Mirotic and Malcolm Brogdon as among those likely out for the regular season.

Gasol was bought out of his contract with the San Antonio Spurs and quickly joined the Bucks on March 1st. The 38-year-old has only appeared in three games with Milwaukee, averaging ten minutes per game. While not a pivotal cog in the Eastern Conference-leading Milwaukee machine, Gasol provides a veteran mentality that young playoff teams sometimes lack. The more pressing injuries are to Brogdon and Mirotic.
