Orlando Bloom celebrated his achievements with his son Flynn, by unveiling his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The actor thanked speakers Forest Whitaker and David Leveaux during his speech, as well as expressing his thanks and apprecitation to Peter Jackson for casting him as Legolas in the Lord of the Rings trilogy.
Bloom also paid tribute to his mother and father, as well as giving a nod to ex-partner Miranda Kerr.
“No support can happen or even feel vaguely this sweet, without the support of family and good friends,” he said, before going on to thank “Miranda, for giving [him] the greatest gift of all – [his] son“.
On bringing Flynn to the ceremony, Bloom told E!: “I got a star right in front of a sweet shop and he is obsessed and mad for candy right now, so he was excited for that. Trying to keep him from having too much, though.” He added: “It’s a great honor… and I feel honored that I am able to work with such amazing people and talent.”
