The Oklahoma City Thunder suffered a major blow earlier this week, hearing that Kevin Durant has suffered a Jones Fracture in his foot and will miss 6-8 weeks of the regular season. Kevin Durant the reigning MVP, will miss the first couple months and this will make it difficult for the Thunder to try to stay on-top of the Western Conference.

With Kevin Durant out and the Thunder still chasing a title. It is up to Russell Westbrook and Serge Ibaka to man the team while the MVP gets his rest. Even other players like Kobe Bryant have spoken on the injury and all of the league and fans are hoping they can get the MVP back in action.
