Nicki Minaj pops out on a solo-track for the first time in 2020 with a new song “Yikes.”
After announcing a brief retirement, like many expected Nicki Minaj did not shy away from the studio. Her most recently released collaboration “Nice To Meet Ya” with pop-singer Meghan Trainor serves as a fun, pop song however on “Yikes” Nicki the Ninja returns.
From a snippet shared on social media, the self-proclaimed queen of rap uses “Yikes” to assert her superiority and call-out any haters who may disagree. Nicki Minaj recently aired her grievances with fellow rapper Meek Mill on social media, who may be the target of some of her lines.
This marks Nicki Minaj’s first musical announcement of 2020. The Barbz and non-stan fans can also see Nicki Minaj guest-judge the season 12 premiere of RuPaul’s Drag Race. Hopefully, this marks the beginning of a fruitful year for Nicki Minaj.
