In April 2019, Variety broke the news the pair planned to tour together throughout the fall. Chris Brown seemingly confirmed the details through his Instagram story. Now, the Virginia singer’s fall tour is announced and Nicki Minaj’s name remains unlisted.
The INDIGOAT tour features Chris Brown, Tory Lanez, Ty Dolla $ign and others. Nicki Minaj reportedly never officially signed on for the joint venture. TMZ reports Nicki Minaj and Chris Brown discussed touring following their collaboration Wobble Up, also featuring G-Eazy, however, no decisions were final.
Although the pair are not hitting the road together, there is apparently no bad blood. TMZ claims Nicki Minaj decided to focus on her album, taking a break following her European tour.
Nicki Minaj has been unusually quiet on social media. Her last Instagram upload on May 20 comes from the Wobble Up video and before that, Met Gala.
As for Chris Brown, he continues spreading excitement for both the album and tour.
