Over the weekend, the center of the basketball universe was the Spectrum Center down in North Carolina. As one would expect, the NBA brought out some of the best artists to come out of the Carolinas to perform. Critically acclaimed artists, J. Cole and Anthony Hamilton, got their shine at the 2019 NBA All-Star Game and the North Carolina AT&T band got to perform at a number of events. Overall, the weekend did a solid a job of showcasing the best that the Carolinas have to offer. Still, there are a number of artists from down south that don’t get the credit they deserve. One great example of this would be South Carolina’s Nick Grant.
Nick Grant has had a great run over the past year or so. He’s released his latest project, Dreamin’ Out Loud, collaborated with DJ Khaled and now he’s back with more new music. Following the release of his video for “S2 Freestyle”, Grant is back with a new video for his song, “Pink Starburst”, featuring Bhess. In the video, Grant can be found relaxing, rapping and driving luxury cars. If you know Nick Grant, you know this is nothing new for the rising rapper.
