As an independent artist you do things at your own pace, create how you want to create and reap the benefits of success as there is no third party (Label) that is feasting off of your hard work with messed up contracts.
Now there’s the cons, of course, which result in self-funding and trying to get your music heard by the masses is that much harder.
Well for Drew Vision, you have our ear here at Def Pen. Actually you have our eyes considering this is a new music video. Who is Drew Vision? Well he is considered what we call a triple threat or total package; singer, songwriter and creative visionary. I mean If you’re going to be independent you have to be a jack of all trades.
The music video you guys can check out below is titled “Without You”. The song itself was written and produced in Sweden with Chris Wahle, Lisa Desmond & Sowlkid. Aiming to continue the run infectious Caribbean sounds has had invading radio airwaves and the charts, Drew Vision has intentionally found his own way to fuse Pop & R&B along with said Caribbean sound.
Taking to Barbados for the official music video, Drew Vision Media served as Creative Director, Producer, Director, Casting, Stylist, Location Scout & Choreographer. There goes that total package I mentioned earlier. Giving us a beautiful scenery the video greatly supports the song. This should always be the case.
