The first eight minutes for the teenage detective movie ‘Veronica Mars’ has hit the web.
The clip gives background of ‘Veronica Mars’ and its characters as well as set up the premise of the film.
Fans will also get a few easter eggs including a performance of the show’s original theme song. You can watch the clip over at Fandango.com.
Veronica Mars will return to her old town of Neptune, Calif. to help clear her ex-boyfriends name who is facing murder charges.
The movie is based off the hit TV show that ran on UPN and the CW from 2004 to 2007. The entire movie was financed from a historical Kickstarter fundraiser campaign from the fans.
‘Veronica Mars’ will hit theaters and be released digitally on March 14.
