
Chris Wallace has shared the topics for the first presidential debate of this year’s election cycle.
Both President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden will discuss their political records, the state of the economy, election security and police brutality Wallace will also ask the two candidates to share their thoughts regarding the impending the U.S. Supreme Court appointment and the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
During the first debate, Chris Wallace of Fox News will act as the event’s moderator. Both sides have agreed to a format that breaks the debate into six, 15-minute segments.
Next month, Biden and Trump will participate in two debates. The first will take place in Miami on October 15 and the second will take place in Nashville on October 22. Sen. Kamala Harris and Vice President Mike Pence will also take part in a debate on October 7 in Salt Lake City.
Kicking off the debate season, the two parties will converge on Cleveland, Ohio this Tuesday. Viewers can catch the debate broadcast on CBS at 9 p.m.
