Augustus is currently an assistant with the Los Angeles Spark and the ceremony will be held as she visits Target Center to coach against her former team. The former first pick overall spent 14 seasons with the Lynx where she won four WNBA titles and a Finals MVP. She also earned eight All-Star selections, six All-WNBA selections, and the Rookie of the Year Award in 2006.
Augustus is the franchise leader in total points (5,881), games played (370) and games started (365).
As for Brunson, she started her career with the Sacramento Monarchs in 2004 and when the team suspended operations, the Lynx picked her in the dispersal draft. She was a part of the four-title team in Minnesota and she also won a ring in Sacramento.
The current assistant of the Lynx will see her jersey go up in the rafters as the team hosts the Las Vegas Aces on July 3.
