Tyronn Lue had an interesting and unpopular diagnosis of the sets the Celtics were running the last few games.
“We’re just focused on Boston. The stuff they’re running, it’s harder to defend than Golden State’s [offense] for me, as far as the actions and all the running around and all the guys who are making all the plays, so it’s a totally different thing.”
This bulletin board, or probably more accurately, iPad material, was obviously going to be brought up to Warriors staffers. Even more obviously, it was not met with much enthusiasm.
Mike Brown on Tyronn Lue saying Boston is tougher to guard than Golden State: “That’s his opinion, it’s cute.”

With both Conference Finals becoming quick duds, most of the NBA world can not wait until June 1st. The first trilogy in NBA Finals history should be a good one and adding yet another underlying story line makes it that much juicier. That is, if the Cavaliers are able to get past the Celtics in the Eastern Conference Finals.
