The first look teaser trailer for Ridley Scott‘s new sci-fi film The Martian has been released.
The film centers around Matt Damon‘s, a personable yet sarcastic character who after a catastrophic and incident during the mission, is left for dead along with his team on the Red Planet, and must survive until a rescue ship arrives…. if it ever comes.
The trailer introduces us to the team of the Ares 3 mission which includes Matt Damon, Rick Martinez [Michael Pena], Commander Melissa Lewis [Jessica Chastain], Dr. Chris Beck [Sebastian Stan] as pilot, Aleks Vogel [Aksel Hennie] , and Kate Mara as Beth Johanssen.
The film also stars Kristen Wiig,Sean Bell, Chiwetel Ejiofer, Jeff Daniels, and Donald Glover and hits theaters on November 7.
