Closing out the two-day festival, fans can catch Capella Grey performing “Gyalis,” Lloyd Banks making his solo Made In America debut and Justin Bieber delivering a 90-minute set. Not to mention, Bobby Shmurda is scheduled to make his way to the Rocky Stage.
