Earlier this month, Lucky Daye dropped “On Read” with Tiana Major9. At first, it appeared that it was a loose track to keep the fans happy. Then, the Louisiana native popped back up to let fans know that “On Read” was simply a tease for a full project. Celebrating Valentine’s Day, Lucky Daye has delivered a 7-track EP.
Table For Two is Lucky Daye’s first project since he released Painted in 2019. Since then, he’s kept fans happy by dropping records with Kaytranada and collaborating with Leon Bridges. Back to his solo work, he brought in Tiana Major9, Mahalia, Joyce Wrice, Ari Lennox, Yebba and Queen Naija for this new release. This is a major departure from Painted, which was primarily solo work, but who doesn’t love to see their favorite artists come together? Check out Table For Two below.
