There are no two artists that battled for the top spot last year quite like Lil’ Baby and Megan Thee Stallion. The Atlanta native became a constant topic of conversation with his platinum-selling album, My Turn, and his consistent run of features throughout the pandemic. Not far away, Houston’s own Megan Thee Stallion hopped on hits like “WAP” with Cardi B and earned a Beyoncé co-sign on “Savage.” All of this hard work earned the two countless awards. However, the two never managed to make it into the studio together. That all changed this weekend.
Coming together for the first time, Megan Thee Stallion and Lil’ Baby have delivered the “On Me” remix. As expected, the two southern rappers go bar for bar over Chi Chi and EVRGRN’s production.
“I don’t understand how they go to sleep/And then wake up in my business/I don’t know what chain I’m puttin’ on/My Cuban link or my tennis/I know bitches gotta be losin’ money/How they keep watchin’ me winnin’,” Megan Thee Stallion adds to the Lil’ Baby single.
