This year, H.E.R has already won an Academy Award, earned a GRAMMY Award and topped the charts with her debut album, Back Of My Mind. However, she’s not stopping there. First, she announced that she would be bringing the Lights On Festival back to Concord, California in September. Now, she’s moving to add another date to the Lights On Festival.
For the first time, H.E.R is bringing the Lights On Festival to the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Joining the R&B superstar, Bryson Tiller, Maxwell, SWV, Ari Lennox, 6LACK, Joyce Wrice, Chloe Bailey, BLXST and several other talented acts will perform. The event is set to take place on October 21 and October 22. Pre-sale tickets are currently available and general admission tickets will be available on Friday.
The Lights On festival adds to a busy month in the city of New York. One week after H.E.R brings R&B royalty to the Barclays Center, Rolling Loud plans to bring 50 Cent, J. Cole, Travis Scott and Bobby Shmurda to Citi Field. In short, it will be a fun two week run in the Big Apple this fall.
