As LeBron James continues his conquest to be the best basketball player of all-time, he has also ventured through numerous avenues off the hardwood.
James has not only become one of the most vocal leaders in an important civil rights movement, but he has turned into quite the entertainer as well. With his own show ‘The Shop’ still going strong on HBO, James, and his company, run by close friend Maverick Carter, have also taken over the production of different programs. According to HBO’s Twitter account, the network will air a two-part documentary about legendary boxer Muhammad Ali. The program is expected to be produced by James and Carter’s company Springhill Entertainment.

According to the tweet, the documentary is set to release sometime next year in 2019. Along with this recent Muhammad Ali documentary, LeBron James and Maverick Carter are producing a handful of other shows.
Springhill Entertainment is expected to produce an upcoming comedy based on the family life of Philadelphia 76ers superstar Ben Simmons. James will also reportedly be producing a female-driven basketball drama on NBC titled ‘Hoops’, and this is all without mentioning upcoming film Space Jam 2 which LeBron will star in.
Though he’s best known for his work in between the lines and rightfully so, LeBron James continues to excel in every facet, including entertainment.
