Saturday Night Live alum Kristen Wiig will make her directorial debut.
Wiig is to team on a comedy film with Bridesmaids writer Annie Mumulo.
Deatails surrounding the comedy’s plot are currently being kept under wraps.
In a joint statement, Wiig and Mumolo shared:
“We’re very excited to be writing.
We will be going into a cave for months to finish. An actual cave. We found one that’s nice and big. We’re putting a couch in there!”
The comedy will be produced by Tom Rothman’s TriStar Prods.
