Seeing his fair share of controversy for voicing that he likes Donald Trump, and even going as far as wearing a MAGA hat, the Graduation rapper now has the opportunity to sit down with the President and Jared Kushner to discuss some serious topics that could use some improvement.
Taking place on Thursday, October 11, Mr. West has a few things on his agenda, according to CNN. com.
West’s visit to the White House falls in line with Kushner’s efforts at criminal justice reform. West hopes to discuss two key issues during his visit at the White House: job opportunities for ex-convicts and ways to increase manufacturing jobs in and around his hometown of Chicago.
CNN also reports that the rapper would like to talk about reducing gang violence in his hometown of Chicago, along with prison reform.
Receiving his fair share of hate, we can only hope that good comes from this and that the results of this meeting positively touch those that matter the most.
