JMSN is one of the most talented R&B artists in today’s musical landscape. However, he has stayed relatively quiet over the past few months. Aside from his single, “So Badly”, the Detroit native has remained quiet since the release of Whatever Makes You Happy back in April of 2017. While JMSN may have been out of the public eye, he has clearly been working on new music. Today, we had the privilege of hearing the first of JMSN’s newest work. His new single, “Talk Is Cheap”, is now available for streaming on all major platforms.
Written, mixed and produced by JMSN, the record is everything that the title suggests. JMSN addresses all of the chatter and background noise he hears as he makes the music we have all come to love. JMSN sings, “Everybody has got something to say, but they have never shown me nothing. They all waste their time just stuntin’ on me. Nobody is going to get in my way. I don’t have to cheat the system. I’m all good. I found my rhythm. Don’t waste time trying to tell me. What do you think I want to hear?”
“Talk Is Cheap” is the first offering from JMSN’s upcoming project, Velvet. The upcoming project is set to be released this September and JMSN is promising that the artwork will be released in the near future. Enjoy “Talk Is Cheap” and stay tuned for Velvet this fall.
